If your event runs late and we are there later than agreed (or extra people show up), we reserve the right to add additional charges. Deposit: We ask for a 50% deposit when your event is confirmed. We will need a minimum number of expected guests for menu pricing at the time of deposit. Balance: Will be due before the event, with a final head count. Gratuity: 15% will be added to large parties.
